This is one of the best companies for anything to do with property management, professional, fast and caring but I want to give a special review for Ms. Amber I came to her lost and unsure of what I was going to do for my family, with out a second thought she helped me and worked with me to get a beautiful safe and amazing home, she extremely knowledgeable and kind, no matter the challenges she puts her all in situation to help you! Early mornings and late evenings she’s been there even for a simple question. This company will always and forever have my business and support because of her service and dedication because of Ms. Amber for the first time I’m able to have a home I’m proud of and is safe. I would recommend this company and Amber to anyone, I will forever be grateful for Amber even as a stranger she treats you like family not just another client!! And the homes she has and the company offers they are in amazing and beautiful shape and well taken care of!! Thank PPM and thank you Amber you are truly a blessing! Wanted to share an update on this review after Amber helped me and my boys find an amazing home after being left with no where to go, she has now been able to help my father who is a veteran find a good home close to me so I can help take care of him she was fast and made sure all questions were answered and she worked with him patiently even though he can be difficult at times not once was she unprofessional or rude in any way to him and now he is safe and near me at all times in a great home I came across Amber and her company thanks to another family member who recommended her company after being left with no clue what to do with me and my boys and unfortunately I did not have the credit score to match most other rental companies Amber was upfront with me and worked with me even with my situation and now she’s done the same for my dad, she never judged us or treated us any different Hands down my opinion of this company will remain amazing I’m so grateful for what they have done for my family thanks to her my boys and my father and me will never have to face the fear of where we will lay our heads at night and we will continue to stay with Amber and this amazing company!

On behalf of my father I am writing this review, my dad is a disabled veteran who at times is incredibly difficult to work with however Amber has been so patient and kind to him we had to get him moved quickly due to him needing help a lot and living almost and hour away from me with declining health, Amber worked quickly and again I can not stress enough her kindness even against his stubborn ness not once did she lose her professionalism and kindness, I also rent from Amber and her company and she worked so hard to get me and my boys in a safe beautiful home me and my father do not have good credit in any ways yet we both have beautiful homes and are close together so I can be there for him Amber and her company has helped my family in so many ways we both look at her as part of our family for all she’s done her homes are well taken care of beautiful safe clean and you have the constant insurance that if you need her she’s there me and my dad have rented before from other companies and we will never go with any one else for as long as Amber and this company will have us I also want to say she worked with us even though we both have dogs which is hard to find, her patience and ethics are unmatched we are so thankful for her and this company! She was recommended to us by my cousin who knows Amber when me and my boys had no clue what we were going to do after being given a short notice to move and she jumped into action right away and got me and my boys in a home even with my credit same with my father Amber and this company will remain one of the best choices my family and my dad has made!
