Pampered Healing Massage, Skin Care & Day Spa

My niece gave me a gift certificate last Christmas for a 90 minute integrated massage. I attempted to set up an appointment to see on line that this business is closed!! Tried calling them, phone is disconnected! This service is not cheap!! The certificate doesn't expire until 2026!! As a customer, I would like an explanation. A text or call @ minimum to my niece since she is on file with you. From what I'm seeing, we are just out of some hard earned money. Your lack of communication may be one of the reasons you closed.

my mom and i were supposed to have a message here tomorrow for both our birthdays, scheduled out for months now, and we received no notice that our appointments wouldn't be happening. No calls, texts, emails, or even actual mail. Very strange and unprofessional.

I have always enjoyed my experience here each and every time. The people are knowledgeable, and very thorough from gathering medical history to finding out the areas you’re in need of work on. The couples massage is a great way to relax with a spouse or significant other, or even just a friend and I highly recommend treating yourself to this!
