The service and extra care we received from our travel advisors (Steve and Jeneva) made the entire vacation a dream! They listen to what we wanted and delivered even more. We had an amazing vacation at Sandals, Negril and can't possibly write enough great things about the personalized service we received from Paradise Travel. From our first phone call, to the text wishing us safe travels when we boarded our flight for home, Jeneva was thorough, personable, attentive and paid great attention to every detail. Even when we ran into a couple (minor) hiccups at the resort, she immediately contacted the manager and had the issues resolved.
