This is by far the best eye care facility I have ever been too! I went in for an exam and my first pair of contacts. The doctor was beyond patient with me learning how to take them out and put them in (it’s not as easy as people make it look). I can’t even feel them in my eyes and my vision is amazing. I am impressed with Ohana Eye Care professionalism, expertise and extra attention. We read the reviews before making the initial appointment and were not disappointed. My teenage daughter needed an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. I checked with most of the big box stores and they were having limited hours and exams in spring of 2021. We made the appointment and we felt really welcomed. We were pleased that this office was serious about following universal safety precautions. Dr Alice Kwok spent 1 hour doing tests with my daughter and explained every procedure and results. We received the same attention picking out frames and lenses. Dr. Kwok made sure that the glasses fit properly and adjusted them. We came back for a follow up appointment 2 months later. Same level of professionalism and care. I even came back to get a pair of glasses for myself. Thank You. I highly recommend Ohana Eye Care for anyone looking for a different experience than big box stores.
