Maintain a professional interview environment without background distractions. Interviewers, including Neha Sharma, Akanksha Tiwari, and Laxmi Panchal, should ensure a fair and engaging discussion where candidates get the opportunity to showcase their skills properly. Unfortunately, the interview did not meet my expectations. The interviewer seemed uninterested, and there were constant background distractions, including a child crying, which made it difficult to focus. Moreover, the interview lasted only 2-3 minutes, which was quite unexpected and did not allow me to properly showcase my skills or experience. Additionally, I was only given an introduction round, and despite following up with HR multiple times, I was not given a clear response. After two days, I was informed that I was not selected. This lack of communication and clarity made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, I found the process unprofessional and hope it can be improved for future candidates.
