I own a home directly next to a property that parc manages. I have left multiple voicemails, sent emails with photos and even showed up in person to their office but it was closed. The house next to us has a tree that is pushing our fence over and it has grown so far over it is across my roof. I finally got ahold of someone in their office and she said I had to fill out a maintenance request. I am not a tenant to obviously maintenance would not let me do that. I am beyond frustrated that parc is so irresponsible and refuses to return voicemails or emails. The next step will be having a lawyer send them a certified letter. Since then I have not been able to get ahold of anyone on the office again. This has been going on since September 12.

I scheduled a tour for a fountain square property and although you have to pay to tour it was a decently easy process. I noticed the property did not have a refrigerator and emailed the company to ask about it. Property management companies are getting beyond greedy expecting tenants to replace their old dirty appliances and not providing maintenance. The response from the property was condescending and they are not easy to get ahold of. Overall it was not a good experience and I am so glad I didn’t pay the application fee yet. Listen to the other reviews and find another company if you can. ***Edit after the companies insanely unprofessional response (that they decided to delete) : YES, it was a one star experience ALREADY that’s why I will not be submitting an application and felt the need to make this review. I gave your company the benefit of the doubt after the hundreds of terrible reviews and I should not have wasted my time. Best of luck to you and prayers to any of your future tenants.

Parc has always been helpful when we’ve needed help with an issue or repair! We just renewed our lease because of how easy things have been with them. Happy with the home we got and our price.

Why the surplus of 5 star reviews in just the past week or two? Suspicious if you ask me. I bet they offered something to current tenants if they give a good review or they’re just begging them at this point to help get their average rating up. Don’t believe it for one second! Steer clear. Find another company to rent from and save yourself the stress. It’s not worth it. We were never told about our basement issues and we had to nag them just to get some kind of help, which the help sucked! And gaslighted over our issues too. Then told our lease wasn’t being renewed due to “necessary repairs” but I can BET that they’re just gonna get a new tenant in and not tell them shit about the basement just like they did with us. Just so the landlord doesn’t have to pay for repairs and they can keep making money off the place! Stay away from PARC! Edited to add response to Parc’s comment: My bitterness is valid considering PARC and the landlord could have been upfront from the start that the lease wouldn’t be renewed. To delay it that long was irresponsible from both PARC and the landlord. I understand and have understood that you are not the owners of the property, but it is your responsibility to manage it for them. So still, you fell short here. We tried flagging the basement issues for the majority of our lease with no resolve. Yeah the maintenance man came and “vapor sealed” but it was a wack job and didn’t help anything. No one ever came to actually inspect and determine the issues at hand until it was almost the end of our lease, leaving us with little time to find a new rental once. That’s the biggest problem of it all. We were made to feel like the issues with the basement were minor and that we shouldn’t be flagging them. Then finally we have the landlord come and validate our concerns, just to turn around the day after we ask for mold/radon testing and decide not to renew. Now that’s just unfair. You can try to act like you had no fault, but you did. You could have had more timely communication, better management, better treatment of tenant concerns. Again, blessing in disguise we aren’t renting from you again. I’m only trying to educate others on what a 2-year lease with you could entail. 👍🏼
