Both times I have visited Paris Parker Salon I had the pleasure of being styled by Dominique. Dominique is amazing at what she does—my hair always turns out flawless! She really knows how to make you look and feel your best. On top of that, the whole experience with her is just easy and enjoyable. You can tell she cares and takes pride in her work. I always leave her chair feeling confident and refreshed.

Poor customer service, lying and lack of communication in their staff led to this low rating. Two stars for the lovely ambiance inside. I was looking for a new hair stylist. My daughter recommended Aveda because of the high standards associated with the brand. I have been traveling and realized I had a small window to get a haircut between trips. Looked on the website, saw an opening and I called the to confirm rather than trying my luck as a walk-in. I specifically asked to make sure the stylist would still be available. I arrived 15 minutes early and was told the stylist was finishing up with a client and would be notified I was there. After 30 minutes, I was told she was almost done. No problem, I was happy to wait. After 45 minutes, I was informed that no one told the stylist about my appointment and she had already left. She offered to turn around and come back, but would only do a dry cut. I said thank you and left. I called another salon on my way out and got a beautiful cut immediately. Wasted 2 hours of my evening with this place. It’s too bad that they lied to me about notifying the stylist of my appointment, since I was looking forward to giving them a try! I have short hair that gets cut monthly, so am a loyal customer when given good service.

When we showed up in a tearful panic, Jacque and Domonique stepped in and saved my wife's hairstyle faster and better than either of us ever imagined! Montana fixed my hair up in the meantime, and we both left absolutely thrilled at the expert and caring service we received. We live 3½ hours away and have already booked another appointment here for next month. That's how good it is!
