This past week has been the hardest of my life — Loki, my sweet 3-year-old Rottweiler and absolute heart dog, was suddenly diagnosed with lymphoma on November 24. Our world turned upside down. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff treated us with a kindness that I will never forget. They didn’t just care for a sick dog — they cared for my boy, who means everything to me. They explained everything with patience, walked me through every step, and never once made me feel rushed or alone. When Loki started his first chemo treatment on November 26, they handled him so gently, as if he were their own. Every single person we have interacted with has been thoughtful, reassuring, and unbelievably supportive. In one of the most frightening experiences a pet owner can go through, they gave me hope, clarity, and comfort. Loki even wagged his tail at them — and that tells you everything. We are still at the very beginning of this journey, but I feel so grateful to have this team walking beside us. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of my best friend and for holding me together through all of this. Paris Vet is truly exceptional.
Ciera BooneI cannot say enough amazing things about this clinic. If you are ever need of any veterinary care - this is the place. They truly saved my dogs life. After a not so good experience with another vet, I brought my dog, Draco to Paris Vet Clinic. They promptly made an initial diagnoses, explained our options and what they suggest to do for testing to confirm this. At no point did I feel pressured to do any unnecessary testing. After an X-ray was taken, the Doctor took the time to show me the x-ray and suspect areas. It was determined there was in fact a foreign object and emergency surgery was required. After his surgery, he was sent to the after hours clinic in Brantford where they continue this amazing level of care - even providing text updates and photos! I know for a fact had I not brought Draco to Paris Vet Clinic, he would not be here today. We can’t thank your team enough ❤️

Once I was home, I had some questions about my receipt (I’m a new dog owner and was a bit unclear about what some of the line items were). I spoke to one of the veterinarians on the phone. I’m not sure of her name, but she walked me through what everything was, what the meds do, and the importance of what they treat. She was super kind and took a long time to speak with me. Thank you for your professionalism!
