Terrible customer experience - pity you can't give "0 STARS" Slow to respond to email enquiries, the agent promised over the phone he would email through further details regarding a property I enquired about... waited over a week and nothing! I had to follow up with a text message & phone call, the agent on the phone provided a lame and lazy excuse for not getting back to me.....and GUESS WHAT! he still didn't provide all the information I originally requested. Can't believe that there are still people who insist on working in a "customer service type role", and still have absolutely no idea how to provide it!
