We love CopperView! Dr Garcia is great. All my kids go to her, she is always very positive and friendly as well as knowledgeable and understanding. We love the helpers as well it is the best when Skyler calls us back and today we met Emma a student working and burning under Dr Garcia. Emma was amazing. They are always so great with my kids talking to them getting their points of view instead of relying on me to answer everything.

They were able to get us in within 1 week of xalling for an appointment and we even got to see our preferred doctor, Dr. Garcia. She is s great doctor and always puts my daughters at ease during each visit. We don't ever feel rushed and all of our concerns are always addressed. Thank you for being such a fantastic office!

I have been seeing Dr.Thur for many years now. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and give me the best guidance and treatments possible. The portal makes refills easy. CopperView is always easy to schedule. And I like the electronic check in and reminder. Her medical assistant Rania is fabulous as well.

I have only had one appointment so far. I just moved back here and I needed a new primary physician. I used to see a doctor here years ago, and I loved her, but she is no longer employed there. I had zero issues. Staff was great to me and Caroleen Johnson was friendly and easy to talk to. I don't enjoy going to medical facilities very much. They give me anxiety, but I was comfortable here. I also want to mention Roman. He was great to me as well and very easy to talk to. Edit: Unfortunately, I am editing from 5 stars to 2. This office seems really overloaded with patients and throughly understaffed. It took them 8 days to send in a prior authorization form to my insurance. They also did not return any of my phone calls over those 8 days. I don't believe there is an excuse not to return a phone call for 8 days. My health is in decline and unfortunately, those timely matters are important. I will be switching to a much smaller, privately owned medical office. Thank you to Dr. Johnson, though! It is no fault of hers.
