Absolutely terrible experience with Bentley Storage. I’ve dealt with a worsening mouse infestation in my unit for weeks. I’ve spoken to their employees FOUR times about it, and nothing has been done—no inspection of neighboring units, no solutions offered, not even basic concern. To make matters worse, I’m 7 months pregnant and cannot safely go into the contaminated unit. Instead of helping, I’ve been left to rent a truck, move my belongings, and pay for sanitation out of my own pocket—on top of just paying them for the month. This company clearly does not care about the health, safety, or property of its customers. If you value your belongings or peace of mind, avoid Bentley Storage.

We only needed a unit for 1 month and this was definitely the right place for us. Good rates and very easy to get in and out. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small indoor heated unit. Everything went exactly as I expected it to. I highly recommend.
