I recently attended a work event at a venue that Party Time Event Group was hired to run the large work party. I was thoroughly impressed! Everything—from the decorations and lighting to the entertainment and overall coordination was just top-notch. It was above and beyond and executed so well. The team is so creative and innovated. They put a lot of thought and effort into making the experience enjoyable for all the guests. I had the opportunity to talk to a few of the employees And they were salted the Earth class act people. Very professional, friendly and they knew their stuff. If you're looking for a company that knows how to throw a memorable party. They created an experience I'll never forget. This company goes the extra mile to make your event great. Ownership really cares about their clients and the communities they serve. Great people through and through. I had a local lighting rental company ghost me right before my event and Party Time Events was able to come through day- of and gave us a fair deal without any sort of price gouging- I was beyond impressed with them, the setup they brought, & price they provided ended up being a huge upgrade over what our plan A would’ve given us. A great experience start to finish, many compliments were given on our lighting setup for the concert, and I look forward to doing business with them again!

AMAZING! That is the word I can use to describe this company. I am beyond grateful and truly left with a whole new view on the type of team it takes to make someone's big day very special. Party Time Events IS that team. From beginning to end, everything was outstanding. May 10, 2025 was the perfect wedding day. I could on and on about all the little details, but they truly left a mark not only on me and my husband Ryan, but also all of our guests. From the syncing of music for the ceremony & reception (which left our dance floor packed all night long!!), to all the lighting that cascaded off the walls perfectly, and the beautiful monogram custom made by Barry himself (SO talented!!). The photobooth was an added highlight of the night, every one of our guests LOVED it! Including the phone- guests were able to leave a special recorded message, I have never seen anything like it! Barry was not only just another vendor on our list, he is considered family, and that is how he treats every single one of his clients. Followed by his team and everyone involved, his dedication shows through all the hard work. He went above and beyond to make our dream wedding come true. What puts it all together is his wife Joanne, who was capturing all the behind the scene moments with her phenomenal photography skills. Every picture she captures truly tells the story. They are what we would consider a DREAM TEAM! I would HIGHLY recommend using Party Time Events for any future occasions, I can guarantee everyone will have an INCREDIBLE time!!!
