Got a bathroom from Easy Bathrooms last year (meant to leave a review earlier but forgot) Dealt with Maurice (absolute gentleman) during the whole thing and even recommended a couple of fitters due to the lead time of their own, the one I chose (Paul) was 10/10. Good product and good service

Bought a bathroom from here. Products and front end customer serve service good. However an innocent mistake was made on the order. I phoned juliet from head office and she arranged for the fees to be waved. No problem with mistakes being made but they provided first class customer service to correct it. Well done easy bathrooms.

By far one of the best showrooms around we were able to easily see what type of style we like, Easy Bathrooms have loads of suite setup. Making if easy to make a informed decision leaving out the guess work. The brochure is in-depth too. Sales rep Martin was very helpful his approach was calm and informative. Since purchasing the bathroom I can honestly say it's not fit for purpose, it's cheap construction can't withstand daily use. In less than a year the laminate had peeled off the vanity unit, I advised the customer service team and got a initial response saying that they would replace the unit however they implied that I allowed water to rest on the unit without even seeing my bathroom. They did however replace the unit but wouldn't provide fitting which is now going to cost me more having the unit installed. I would advise just buy the plastic stuff.

Good show room with a good choice - which is why we ended up going with easy bathrooms. We had 2 local fitters working on our job, and they both tried to steer us towards Clifton and away from easy bathrooms... And now I see first hand why. I gave the correct measurements for our shower. Lewis ordered the wrong amount of shower panels. He confirmed the measurements I'd gave him - they were right. He said "I don't understand how your fitter has done it with 2 panels." Well.... He did. He needed 2 panels, not 3. I asked to return the extra panel. "The company we get it from won't take it back." I pointed out the error was his. Not only am I very much out of pocket for HIS mistake. I've now got a massive shower panel with no where to put it. "It was for your fitter to check the order over. And anyway, the order was through him not you. So he'll have to ring customer services. But I don't think you'll get anywhere." I'm so annoyed I'm out of pocket and massively inconvenienced for what was very clearly their mistake. Didn't even get so much as an apology.
