Customer experiences
Was here last night for UTI,around 7:45-8. Everyone from the front desk right to the Dr,(Dr.Regan)was very caring, kind, and pleasant to speak with. Made me feel respected, and listened to my needs. A urinalysis was done, just waiting for results and was prescribed 2 medications,in a prompt manner. Was all taken care of in less or about an hour. Thank You,again to all for taking care of me.❤️😊🙏
My Nephew was not feeling well, His Doctors office was closed it was about 8:00pm Tuesday 7-1-25.when we arrived. I take him in, the receptionist was very nice, A guy came in to swab him for covid , mono and streptococcus. (he was very nice) another Woman came in to take his vitals again, very nice. Them this Woman "Doctor" came in. From the minute she walked in the room she was miserable, stood in the corner was answering my questions with cocky one word answers, Like I was an idiot. Did not get her name, she was about 50 shoulder length brown hair. Rotten personality! Spent about 3-5 minutes in the room, never examined him. Stood in the corner like we were scumbags!! Acted like We were wasting her time. I've lived in Johnston my whole life and have been going to Atmed since Dr. Deluca owned the building. I will be telling every resident of the Town about my experience with this "woman". I would never go back to that ER there if I was dying! This woman should not be allowed to examine road kill , let alone humans!! I wouldn't bring an animal there! I hope her Supervisor sees this and makes some changes. Rotten, miserable, unprofessional person!
I cannot believe what just happened. I paid $115 dollars for Melissa Greenberg to give me 37 seconds and tell me all the machines are down for gout , X-rays & uric acids . Didnt introduce herself, had a mask on, could even hear a thing she was saying. Talking so fast. Didn’t touch anything , do anything and as I’m talking left the room. My father Dr pezzullo practiced here for 15 years & I cannot believe they would do this to anyone, let alone a DRs son. I asked a simple question & she said ( “I’ll print out gout causes) Gave me another Dr office to go see because “nothing could be done today” it is utterly sickening how she sleeps at night. The staff knew how pathetic this was which is even more disturbing. Yes the reviews are correct. She is miserable and should be ashamed of herself. “come back when the machine is working” that’s all I wanted to hear. Instead of (“smirking faces) and ignoring. The lady said “what would you like us to do?” The entire point of going to the DRs !
Dr Melissa Greenberg is miserable and clearly shouldn’t even have her license to be a “ doctor “ she doesn’t know how to speak to people and she always one words you so she can have you in and out. Not sure who hired her but please do better her attitude and just herself all around is disgusting and snarky. I only had one good experience there and this was with Dr Regan. After that ? Terrible.
