Having read these reviews having already placed an order we were very worried we would not receive our order. I emailed the company and received a response to say the item had been shipped and it arrived the following day. This was one week after placing the order so not too unreasonable. My wife also checked back and realised we have ordered from Past Impressions before without any problems.

This is a scam company purportedly run by someone called Janine Drake. They do not dispatch within 24 hours, the telephone number is never answered and always goes to message where, unsurprisingly, given the number of poor reviews and disgruntled customers, the message box is full. They do not respond to emails within 24 hours. They do not respond to anything full stop. I have been trying to cancel my order and get a refund for days now. I have had to report them to trading standards as well as file for a chargeback from my account. Just shop elsewhere.

I placed an order early January. Got confirmation email saying they’ll let me know when it’s shipped. Nothing so far, tried phoning and it goes to voicemail, have sent email and no response. Very annoyed to say the least as they’ve taken my money!!
