(18/09/25) @ 12:55. I initially called for clarification on a repair, I got so much more, a truly wondrous customer care experience. Not only was the original call taker professional, knowledgable and helpful; from the moment I walked in the store, everyone was so polite, positive and, unbelievably helpful. From the repairing greeter at the front entrance, where someone was oiling their bike chain, which was awesome. To my referal to the representative that helped me through the repair/warranty process. This was truly a throw back to classical, customer service and, it was remarkable to experience. I was educated on the Patagonia guarantee, the online process, which negates domestic shipping fees, if you want another color unavailable in store. Employee #90653 was a rockstar. Everyone, was so friendly, positive, professional and, helpful; I didn't want to leave the store. My hat goes off to the management, team, brand and, Patagonia's outstanding faith in their products. I will be a patron at this store regularly going forward. Thank you. Outstanding!

Excellent service here. Staff always ready to give a helping hand to answer questions and make suggestions. Most staff I’ve interacted with know to give you information that you should know but may not know to ask the right questions. People from extreme outdoorsmen to the casual hiker to those that just love the high quality Patagonia gear shop here. People of all ages shop here. Prices are $$$ but the quality is excellent and they stand behind their products. Never an issue if something goes wrong. This company is environmentally friendly and cares about the planet. Also a plus.

I just got my jacket back from repairs. I dropped it off at the store and received it exactly one month later at my home. The staff made the drop off super easy! Keep in mind that your garment must be clean before dropping it off. The repair work was perfect! My zipper was getting caught on the inside of the zipper cover and it ripped open the material. The zipper was not zipping fully anymore. Now it looks like new and I've been wearing this jacket for over 5 years. I'm happy that it was fixable because there was no other reason to get a new jacket!
