Hello, I never like to leave a bad review, but we had Jessica help us to manage our property, and as it happened we were lied to regarding the condition of our house when tenants moved out, after we returned a full deposit. Jessica told us that our home had a profesional cleaning before the final tenants left our home, leading us to return the full deposit. But it was a lie, because when we asked for the receipt from the cleaning company to call them back, we weren’t able to find the company name anywhere online. In fact as far as we can tell there is no such licensed cleaning company. It’s very disappointing when people do that, especially when you trust them. I do this review with the hope that no one out here will experience this same kind of situation.
