Great service, friendly staff. 1st visit today with my Bunny. They answered my many qsts politely and patiently 🩷. Showed me how to handle my bunny as it's my first experience. Prices a little higher than expected but nothing crazy. Very delicate and caring with animals.

Honestly really confused.. We have two bunnies that need to get spayed. We were told to bring them in for a consult. Okay, we did. Everything was good except for one bunny who needed some medication for her paws, but nothing serious & they’d be fine to be operated. They told us to apply the cream (medication) for a month and that they would follow up with our bunny when we booked them for the surgery (so the same day). When we called about 3 weeks later, they referred us to another vet, AND suggested if we wanted to come in for another consult for our bunny??? Like no why would we want to pay AGAIN, for another consult when we wouldn’t have needed it the first time? I trusted this place to have my bunnies operated on, a tricky procedure that not many vets do, and they hand us off to another clinic? If you didn’t have space in a month, to do 2 bunnies, why would you take our money for the consult and act like you did? Just be up front from the start. Besides that, the service the first time we went to them was friendly and informative. The vet assistant spent a lot of time with us answering questions. It was really appreciated. Unfortunately they’ve lost future clients because of this. I would still recommend them for future clients, however, be diligent.

Since I've found this vet they have done nothing but give me the best and clear advice and communication. I am grateful for how they handled my dog till the day she passed. Thank you Animo Sante for your good service and helpful employees.
