I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your store. I purchased three chew treats for my dog, with the price clearly displayed on the shelf. To my surprise, the receipt showed a higher price for each item. I returned to the register to point out the error to the young cashier, and her response was simply that it was a labeling mistake. She refused to refund the difference, which is completely unacceptable. In any other store, such an error would obviously benefit the customer by honoring the shelf price. This experience feels more like a scam or fraud than proper customer service. I find this behavior shameful and extremely unprofessional. A customer who comes back to report a mistake should be treated with respect, not ignored. This is a very disappointing experience that gives me no desire to return.

Flora at Paws was fantastic with our tiny puppy on his very first groom. We were pretty nervous, but she was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly experienced—she walked us through the whole process and what to expect afterward. When we picked him up, he looked so handsome and, more importantly, he was happy and relaxed. He clearly trusted Flora right away, which says a lot about her gentle approach. The cut was neat and tidy, paws and body perfectly trimmed, and the timing was exactly as promised. We’re really grateful for Flora’s care and professionalism and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
