I visited this place because I was looking for a keyboard that I had seen online, and when I found it, I liked it a lot. However, the price wasn't listed, so I asked the employee. His attitude was quite apathetic: he approached me, asked what I needed, looked up the price on the computer, and quickly closed the window without offering any further help. He didn't ask if I had any other questions or if I wanted anything else, and I had to go back to the counter to confirm that I would purchase the keyboard. The checkout process was cold, with no courtesy at all. Even when I paid, there was no "thank you" or any sign of kindness. It was a very disappointing experience due to the lack of customer service, and unfortunately, I couldn’t see the employee’s name because his badge was upside down. Customer service at this place could definitely use some improvement.

I ordered a build to order PC during the summer sale. It was no fuss at all, and I received my new PC in just 3 days by courier. I was shocked how fast it was, and everything is working fine. I highly recommend this store. Edit: the computer is still working perfectly after one year.
