We have been with absolutepc since our inception over 7 years ago but over the last 12 months they've really lost their way. Seemingly staffed by very young, junior and inexperienced staff who are unable to complete even the simplest of tasks without the need for us to follow up and ask for changes....even onboarding new staff. It is painful! They're costs for as hoc services is extortionate and they are unable to 'lead' you through business change. We've now made the decision to move and whilst promising to make the transition a smooth one, absolutelypc have been an absolute pain to deal with. John (the owner) talks a good game but it's trumpesk falsehoods!
