Peace and Power Yoga

I recently had the chance to do an aerial yoga class with Bonnie, and it was an awesome experience! I’m not very experienced in yoga and have never felt completely at ease in a class setting, but Bonnie created such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that I felt completely comfortable. She is patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She made sure we all felt safe, supported, and—most importantly—capable. I don’t live in Calgary, but I’ll absolutely be making it a priority to attend another class whenever I’m in town!

I have had the Opportunity to train under Bonnie As a yoga teacher as well as experience her classes. Her knowledge and openness to teaching all ages and levels of students is remarkable. There has not been a class that I have left that hasn’t filled my soul and left me wanting more. My personal favourite is her magical and deeply soul soothing restorative yoga classes. Bonnie has a way That makes you feel special and welcomed in her classes and space. Take her classes, learn from her, you will not be let down!

Bonnie is an incredible instructor. I have had so much fun learning from Bonnie. She made me feel safe and secure with the apparatus and comfortable trying new things. I will definitely be back.
