However, when we were about to start construction, we realized that the specified glulam beam was not in stock anywhere locally and would need to be special ordered with a 4-6 week wait. I called Jared and he jumped on it immediately, reworked the plans, and gave us two other options, complete with engineering calculations, so that we could get work started immediately.
