Such a friendly and helpful staff. Have all the major supplies for home n work needs. They carry alot of items that even the big stores don't carry. What I admire most is that they even sell small things just to be able to help their customers. I needed a small piece of glass and they had it. I love that this is a generational hardware store. Just a huge array of household items to everyday DIY needs. Although im visiting Portland ive always given my business to Ace Hardware for it dedication to the community in every state ive been in. Support your local businesses is how we keep low prices!

This location always has excellent customer service and staff knows how to help you. They even custom sawed down an allen wrench for me so it’ll fit for a tight spot I needed it to fit. Store is also always clean and organized.

Employee physically showed me where the toilet paper was, which was nice. When I said thank you, they smiled and said "tee-pee for your bunghole"... I was having such a bad day and this guy (forgot his name) saved me from it... That's customer service people.

My review is on the not user friendly website,finding a GE Edison light bulb through the website is an impossible task, in fact finding anything seems impossible there's absolutely no place anywhere with a search bar. If I tap each option on the homepage like home kitchen ,electrical, or hardware and why not garden eventually I'll see GE, tap on GE and nothing opens. ACE please update your website its definitely not user friendly to see what you have in stock or what you have at all .. if you do that I'll stop going to Home Depot instead of ace because I'll now know what you have in stock or what you have at all.
