I started working out with Kelly Paulus in July of 2025 as I was returning to fitness after an ankle injury, and the results over the last six months have been remarkable. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable in biomechanics, pelvic floor engagement and integration, mobility, core stabilization, and injury-aware strength training. She understands how proper breathing, alignment, and pelvic stability support strength, balance, and long-term injury prevention. Every program she designs is thoughtful, dynamic, and tailored specifically to my goals. Workouts are challenging, fun, and purposeful. Beyond the physical results, I genuinely enjoy training with her. Kelly brings positive energy to every session and has a subtle, wicked smile that lets you know something challenging is coming. It makes the work feel motivating rather than intimidating. Over time, I’ve gained not only strength and confidence, but also a friend. She has also been invaluable in helping me improve my posture, sitting mechanics, and daily movement habits, which has made a real difference for me as a business executive who spends long hours at a desk and on airplanes. I highly recommend Kelly to anyone looking for recovery-focused personal training or personal training in general. Her expertise, intuition, and commitment to her clients truly set her apart.
