I had a consultation with Mr. Bollman, after attending one of his estate planning clinics. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. I also didn't feel judged, based upon my situation. I come from a very poor background, and am working on building my business and assets. Mr. Bollman was respectful of that, and gave me guidance on how to protect my assets in my unique situation of having two kids, one of which has special needs. I look forward to trusting Mr. Bollman with my will, trust, and moving forward with LLC documentation as well. Having an attorney who didn't make me feel less than, for not being a big high end client was important to me, especially given the sensitivity of estate planning and my personal situation.

Updated items from our initial Estate Planning Portfolio to better options for current times, then made copies for our children to send to them to review so we could all be on the same page and avoid probate issues. Explained everything clearly for our short session for a reasonable Cost.

I had a phone consultation with Chad Eichorn from Pearson Bollman Law on February 4, 2025. Next steps after that call were, 1) I email him some documents (which I did immediately) and, 2) he email me a client agreement. Over the next five weeks, I did not hear a peep from Mr. Eichorn, despite my emails and phone messages. I finally got a receptionist to insist that he reach out to me. When he did, he said all my emails went to his junk file... including that email with sensitive documents. I asked him if my phone messages got lost as well, and he could not answer that. He then asked me for information which had nothing to do with my issue. When I corrected him, he admitted that he could not recall what we had discussed and that he must've lost his notes. I would not recommend any professional who is so completely empty-headed and irresponsible to "lose" so much. I think I can accurately say, Chad Eichorn is a LOSER... in the truest sense of the word.

Gerri Beeler Schmitt I can not stress enough my disappointment with Chad Eichorn with Pearson Bollman Law. After over a month of having our information for a land transfer nothing was done. When we contacted him today (06/13) to inquire about his progress he responded with an email indicating his lack of expertise in the matter and recommended another firm. The ironic thing is that Phyllis Pearson (Pearson Bollman Law), completed the land transfer to begin with. Obviously not the same company as when Phyllis was there.
