First time caller but was very turned off by the unprofessionalism of this company. No job number given, insisted on exact cash being paid to the driver and refused to be be paid by credit card. When I asked for a confirmation email to be sent to me to confirm the details the receptionist refused saying she couldn't because it was booked for a different day. When I asked her to repeat a number over the phone she adopted a tone with me of annoyance. I can't stand service people who act like every basic thing is an inconvenience when it is an essential part of a transaction. I happily took my business to the competition.
