I am writing this review, for the professional of the staff. First and foremost, I would love to give a HUGE hug and shout out to the husband and wife team, the Kaplans! Marny, you really made my sister Tami feel at ease! You have no idea, how you and your husband not only made my sister feel, but how you made her sisters feel, during this very scary time. We absolutely, appreciate you, and your husband!! I would also like to mention FIFI! What a very kind human being! She was with us, every step of the way! FIFI, was very compassionate, and warm! We still talk about her and how kind, and loving she was, as if she was a member of our family! The nurses who took care of our sister, were also very nice, and put our minds at ease. The staff here, were unlike any hospital staff I have ever encountered. Very professional, very kind, very compassionate! Thank you so much, for making our sisters surgery, a comfortable one. We love each and everyone of you❤️

I am extremely grateful with the doctors and nurses because they were very loving and caring with me before and after my knee replacement surgery. The way they treated me it helped me to relax and to be more calm. May God bless them with beautiful things. I had a great experience and I will completely recommend your hospital 🙏❤️

I came into the ER for heavy vaginal bleeding for over a week and cramping. I waited an hour to be seen, which then my weight and vitals were taken. I was then sent back into the waiting room for another hour until I went back again. I was told to sit in a chair and I was looking the other direction and the nurse told me what he was putting on my arm was going to be tight. I said okay and looked in the other direction again and hear “1 2 3” and next thing I know he’s putting a needle in to draw my blood. I was never asked for consent or told what was going to happen. They didn’t ask me if I ate or drank anything prior. No one verified with me what the blood tests were being taken for. There was another nurse in the room standing directly in front of me while this was happening, which she said nothing to me either. I ended up leaving after that because I was sent back into the waiting room. It was highly unprofessional and I will be definitely be taking this up with someone higher.

Please do not have your elderly none speaking English family go here for any procedure. The doctor was late and did everything too fast. My poor grandma had the scared of her life today due to mal Practice literally. The whole staff was bad, to The nurses to the anesthesiologist if there was one. They had me in the procedure room because they didn't even had a translator ready for her.I tried to write everything on here but it won't let me post it. Just know Please don't take your seniors family here. They didn't even want to give me their names. While I was on the procedure room never saw them wash their hand. The doctor look like he just woke Up. According to my grandma they didn't even let the anesthesia settle if they even put any, the only reason they stop was because she was screaming my leg my leg. Walk her out the procedure room like a piece of meat, wasn't even decent enough to take her in a while chair. Took her to the procedure room In her own cloths. Did not paid any mind to her blood pressure. Why not cancel the procedure if he knew he was not going to be able to do a good job with patient or give them the care they deserve. We had this done at another hospital with a different doctor and it was totally different. I wish someone will communicate this is really concerning. Wish I could write everything on here.
