Unprofessional service! Closes at 430 but doesn’t answer phone after 4pm. Request placed over a year ago just being worked on. A new doctor every visit. The list go on and on! This is what to expect when live in the inner city!! Doctors come here for the come up ONLY!! Like we don’t matter! Guess who’s finding another PCP!! If you can GO ELSEWHERE !!!

Great office for a family with young ones. We moved away for a few years, recently got back in the office with Dr. Aprile. She is excellent. She remembered us immediately and made us feel at home. She goes above and beyond and has a true heartfelt care for your family. Glad we came back here. The other staff is very professional and accommodating.

They want you to call before going in the office but I called twice and no one answered. I decided to go in with my sick daughter, there was two nurses behind the desk non on the phone and only one gentleman in the waiting room. One of the nurses told us that we need to go back downstairs and call the from my car.. I told her I did call, in fact I call twice with no answer.. She replied patience..But the other nurse said I'll take her to the room now. Smh.. The doctor came in saw my daughters throat was red inside but prescribed her no medication intended gave her a covid test.. Then told us to wait in the room one of the nurses will come and escort us to the front desk.. We waited 5 minutes in the room but no one showed up, I said to my daughter we leaving as we walked through the hallway I noticed three nurses in one of the rooms hanging out (Laughing and making jokes) "really" that didn't make sense to me.. Will never go to this clinic again.. The staff in the front desk are rude it seems like they are there to socialize with their co workers versus taking care of the patients.. I called our regular clinic and even they told me that is bad like that. At what point in time will the Administrator office look at this clinic reviews and realize there is a problem in this clinic.. Read your Patients reviews!!!!

I've been with this office for 3 years now. I USE to be very happy at this office and would have given it 5 stars back then. I loved my doctor, the staff was great. But, my doctor left about a year and half ago and things have gone horrible wrong!!! There are several staff members that have NO business working in the medical setting. I tried calling into the office, returning a call from a nurse for results that I was very nervous about. 3 times in a row someone picked up the phone and hung it back up right away.... Without saying anything!!!! I tried for 2 weeks to get a script filled for my husband, that was fun! And the most recent, I just found out through my neurologist that blood work done by my family doctor showed that I'm pre-diabetic!!! Are you kidding me!?!? Um, I think that's something pretty important to know!!! I checked the other local offices and they don't have great ratings either. I seriously think that Penn State/Hershey needs to look into what is going on at their family practice offices. I love the care myself and my family has received from the specialists that we have gone to, those services have been top notch. But the bs going on in these family practice offices needs to change and change now!!! People don't deserve to be treated like numbers and like they are not human beings without feelings and concerns. When people aren't feeling well sitting in office for hours is uncalled for. I've already spoke to the office manager once here and feel like I was not being listened too. So tired of all this BS!
