This group billed my insurance $2800 for a simple stool test. Im on the hook for $1400. Unreal .. of course they don't let you know how much it will cost you beforehand. The doctors order you to have something done, u get it done But costs a fortune? Sounds like a racket to me Oh yeah, and try to pay some of the bill or get someone on the phone? Absolutely near impossible. Leave voicemails and get no return calls yet they are threatening to send this ridiculous bill to collections. A multi billion dollar corporation... needs their money that bad..

Just had our first visit since moving to the area. Picked this office due to the reviews. My daughter (5) saw medical resident Dr. Brezitski (think is the spelling) She is absolutely amazing. Was very personable, kind, and very knowledgeable. She really knew how to connect with my daughter. My daughter is still talking about how nice she is. We need more doctors like you in this field. Thank you so much 😊

Stars are drooping because of nurses drama. They are worried about there time off and not proper health care Update, this is why I don’t like doctors giving me there opinions on portals without proper education. Dr. Karl Clebak would not help me with my TTS program. He argued with my wrong dosage and would not help me quit smoking and chewing under UPMC Health TTS program. Again this is why people can’t quit. He’s a doctor granted but he has no clue nicotine dependency or nicotine levels in chewing Tobacco on top of smoking. They should educate him more. I gave him the number to speak to my TSS through UPMC and all. He only answered my portal because the real doctor is not there till late this week. Dr Newman and Dan is awesome! He takes his time and really cares about his patients. He really goes in to depth about the diagnosis and gives you options on how to treat it! Dan checks you out, visually shows how great of a team worker is, and also goes above and beyond. A+

Doctor was attentive and thorough. Otherwise, poor communication. Following appointments, I arrived to be told my appointment was cancelled and was supposedly called. Can you not leave a simple voicemail that I need to reschedule if my phone is off (because I had no missed calls)? As for test results, it's like they expect you to check your patient portal online when they say they'll contact you. Which one is your primary mode of patient contact? Pick one and be consistent. I had to call after giving it 2 weeks. Recently I had an important procedure that may or may not determine life changing results. I heard NOTHING for a month. Imagine my anxiety. I found nothing in my patient portal, so it was like they brushed me off. I get it, negative results don't warrant a paper or verbal notification from experience, but this last test left me salty. Nothing was made available to me for peace of mind. I missed a call after I left a message, and then they didn't bother any further. It all seemed so insincere. You wonder why people wait till they're almost dying to be sure there's something wrong despite all this push for preventative care that is a one way street.
