We’ve been bringing our kids to this pediatrician’s office for 5 years, since our daughter was born and we absolutely love it here. I’m honestly surprised by the negative reviews because our experience has been nothing but positive. Our daughter is now 5, and our son is almost 1, and both have always received excellent care. We’ve never had trouble getting a same-day sick appointment when needed, and every doctor we’ve seen has been fantastic. They are professional, kind, and truly great with kids. Dr. Iaccarino is our favorite. She’s so warm and patient, and she always takes the time to really listen and explain things clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares. Even the front desk staff is wonderful. They’re always welcoming, and they make the kids feel comfortable as soon as we walk in. Nancy, in particular, is amazing…she always makes our kids laugh and starts the visit off on a positive note. We’re so grateful to have found a practice we trust with our children’s health. Highly recommend!

I scheduled my first appointment here they gave me appointment at 7:45am I reached at 7:35 they do not open till 8. Along with myself there was another patient waiting outside we both waited outside close to the automatic doors. Door didn’t not open till 8am. I had meeting scheduled was hoping I’ll reach early and same with other patient. They claimed they had doors open from 7am where no one walking in mentioned it was open. What a waste of my time dropping my son early to make appointment on time. This office staff including doctor has issues accepting mistakes but will keep bragging same thing when u have a witness Worst decision of using this facility as ran into other issues of test ordered by stating it’s all preventative but they don’t know anything and you end up having bills when u didn’t even need to test. My insurance called them and they said they will update the order code but than never do and your just following up for weeks and months. Make sure what they order is covered unless you really need as they will say yes it’s all covered and than raise hands on all responsibilities.

Myself and my 2 boys love going to Andrew Hench! He is thorough, informative, and treats you with the utmost respect. He explains everything and actually cares. His assistant Adam is top notch as well! He's THE only person anywhere that I actually don't freak out about taking my blood! We are beyond glad we come here to Andrew! Nancy at the check-in desk is always there with a laugh and whatever you need😊

Not sure what someone has to do to get a sick appointment here and nobody can explain it to me? Over the past year, we have requested a same-day sick appointment 3 times for one of our kids.. and each time, they say they have zero availability and to go to Urgent Care of ER. Beyond frustrating and unacceptable for a pediatrician to take on more business than they can handle and to wear you down through a horrible automated phone system and ridiculous hold times. This office was great until Ryder/Barnes sold out to Penn State.
