Terrible wait times. I had my dad’s appointment scheduled for 1:30 and had to wait 55 mins for the provider to send his assistant.The provider eventually showed up later and asked the same questions again. He might be good at what he does but overall a very average experience.

Terrible communication - office phones are almost never answered, which has been an issue for years and is unacceptable when sick patients are relying on you for care. Communicating with "your" Dr outside the office is nearly impossible - it seems administration could care less about this. Very impersonal care overall - not what is commonly expected at a 'doctors office'. Its a shame Hershey continues to put more resources into landscaping and advertising than staffing.

I have nothing but good things to say about the practice. Everyone cares out their patients..from the front desk personnel to the PA to the doctors. I've needed a few immediate appointments and gotten in within a day or so...if not the same day at East Campus office. Yes waiting room time can be lengthy at times but that's because they listen to all of a patient's concerns. I've never been rushed so I don't mind sitting awaiting my turn.

There are some good physicians there, but the administration of the office is quite poor. They do not bother to respond to your concerns or requests.
