Shipping took a while because they had to schedule an LTL service with lift gate to deliver these palletize to my house. Shipping was most affordable on the net and was a big factor in my ordering from Penn Tool. When I contacted Penn Tool for shipping status update they responded promptly! Everything arrived safely and I'm very satisfied of the purchase and service provided. I recommend!
Doanto SilvestriI received a defective chest, missing rivets and coming apart. Contacted Customer Service and asked me to send pictures, so I did. There policy is that you can’t return products without there authorization. After phone calls, messages and emails, it’s been 3 months and they have not provided authorization for me to return the defective product. I can’t have confidence in this company if this is how they treat their customers. I guess I’m stuck with a $ 300 + chest that is no good! Just trying you make you aware! Very Disappointed!
P CVery bad practices and customer service. Bought an item ($1000) and send an email immediately to cancel and it was ignored. Called first thing next business day to cancel. Purchase was not shipped or processed and they charged a 6% fee for cancelling. Completely ridiculous and to me this is theft…. Will never buy from this site again Owner says I’m lying ! Wow.
