I bought several small number drills and reamers. The tools performed very well and I would buy from them again, except their shipping price was too high. They charged me about ~$12 for shipping, and the tools arrived in a small padded envelope by USPS. The ~$4 postage was marked.... Not where I feel a company should be making their money. I would rather have a lower cost shipping option for the small items or the cost of the items slightly higher.

WT Tool has prices lower then many others out there, and that is why I continue to shop with them. Good quality without the big price equals value. Shipping is reasonable, and plenty fast. If you are a small prototype fabricator like me, or even a large shop, don't waste your money someplace else. Shop here first.

We got the parts we ordered, but there was a delay in shipping. The parts I ordered showed in stock when I placed my order, but a week after placing my order, I emailed them to see what the holdup was. The customer service person was friendly, but they just said there was a delay in the shipping and they were sorry. The parts came in two different shipments, a day apart. I thought it would have been fair if they offered to refund my shipping costs or give me a credit for them, but they didn't. They just said they were sorry.
