Moving across the country and compared different rates between the big companies and Penske had the best rates. Some people complained about other companies not having the truck ready at reservation and penske called a few weeks out to confirm that they would in fact have it. Rolled up to the day for pick up and we were able to get it picked up in 20 minutes after paperwork and then they offered for us to just come back after its loaded for the car carrier.
