I am absolutely horrified by the customer service I received today, and I feel compelled to share this experience in the hopes that management takes it seriously. Melanie and Shelly were completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright abusive. Melanie was nowhere to be found at the front desk when we needed help, which caused us to miss our flight. She was completely absent and neglected her responsibilities, leaving us and other passengers stranded and frustrated. This wasn’t a one-off incident; multiple customers were affected by her failure to do her job. Shelly, who was not even someone we asked for help, inserted herself into the situation and proceeded to make it much worse. Instead of offering any kind of assistance, she was rude, condescending, and verbally abusive. She belittled me, calling me a "child" and making other demeaning comments that had nothing to do with the situation at hand. Her tone was aggressive and dismissive, and it was clear that she was more interested in humiliating customers than providing any real help. To make matters worse, Melanie breached my privacy by sharing my confidential information with Shelly — something that should never happen in any professional setting. The behavior from both Melanie and Shelly was not only unprofessional but downright appalling. If they hate their jobs this much, they should not be working in customer service. Their actions have caused significant distress, not just to me but to multiple other passengers. To make matters worse, the security staff at the airport was equally unhelpful, offering little more than indifference when we asked for assistance. I am beyond disgusted by the way we were treated, and I will seriously reconsider traveling through this airport again. Management needs to address this issue immediately, as it reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

The security guard getting autistic about me and a fellow pilot attempting to walk into the terminal cost them a star. Like he's in full uniform and you just watched me climb out of the cockpit. You know we have security clearance so whats the issue. First time.ive ever run into that. But it was still a good time

A joke of an airport. Quaint- sure, needs to be re-built or renovated, how about a small coffee shop past security. Two crappy vending machines and a single security checkpoint that is pretty much self serve. Not sure how people get 4/5 stars from this airport

I was racially profiled and I’m 21 year old Asian girl and mind you I don’t look my best because it early in the morning. But I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable the entire time I was checking in and getting through security. Very demeaning and condescending staff. They did their job and that was fine but I could sense the change in attitude with other people.
