Not sure who needs to hear this but YOU CAN DO THIS. This gym has given me the courage to become stronger. The classes are a very unique set up with 4-6 stations with 2-3 smaller stations and you go through this gambit with many different exercises to keep your attention and focus (in these classes you can choose the weight that works for you, so essentially its up to you to push yourself or not but they do give you the proper tools to do either ! With the time allotted (50 mins generally) you feel like you have accomplished hrs of a work out.The music is encouraging and so is the staff. In my adult life, I have tried many gyms and this one is a perfect fit for my personality and self motivation. Thank you Sweat Shop, I'm so glad I found you :) You provide an excellent service and now you are a very special part of my lifestyle.

Sweat Club is nothing short of amazing! The whole team is incredible and you never leave not feeling like you've given it your all and ready to take on anything. Their 28 Day Challenges are also amazing! Highly recommended their classes!

Sweat Club has a very inviting and motivating atmosphere. All the instructors are great! Laura has created an environment that allows for everyone to feel welcome and at ease while working out. It is it’s own community. Since joining Sweat Club I’ve managed to hit personal goals and create a new healthy lifestyle for myself. 100% recommend this gym for everyone!
