Pests of London helped me with an urgent mouse situation, sending Ryan the technician within just a few hours on a weekend. Ryan was informative, respectful, and most importantly he was determined to catch the mouse. Mission accomplished! I am relieved and very happy I used this service.

The team were highly efficient. From calling and to the engineer turning up was brilliant. They stayed in contact throughout which was brilliant and the service was perfect. Thank you so much I would highly recommend!

**DO NOT USE** Unfortunately, we used Pests of London recently as we had a mice problem. While we were originally happy with the service provided, on collecting the traps, Jamie snapped one of our Plinth’s. When we discussed this with him his solution to stick a piece of metal behind it to keep it together was unsatisfactory. We conveyed this to him. Only for him to then state it was old and brittle and that’s why it broke, kinda funny that the other plinths didn’t suffer the same fate. A lack of responsibility for your mistakes and care for your customers means we cannot recommend your company and would strongly suggest you look at your customer care policies. If you are thinking of using this company we would advise you look elsewhere.
