WizardofOz1974**DO NOT USE** Unfortunately, we used Pests of London recently as we had a mice problem. While we were originally happy with the service provided, on collecting the traps, Jamie snapped one of our Plinth’s. When we discussed this with him his solution to stick a piece of metal behind it to keep it together was unsatisfactory. We conveyed this to him. Only for him to then state it was old and brittle and that’s why it broke, kinda funny that the other plinths didn’t suffer the same fate. A lack of responsibility for your mistakes and care for your customers means we cannot recommend your company and would strongly suggest you look at your customer care policies. If you are thinking of using this company we would advise you look elsewhere.
