Pet Kingdom Kemang Village

I took my dog to be groomed and as I’m waiting I have a look round. I was checking out the dog houses there and I see a tick crawling around! I informed an employee about it and the killed it, but made no attempt to look for any more. I’ll not be putting my dog at risk by going back.

Good service and friendly. Bit tough to drop off the dog for grooming service as the mall is not pet friendly.

I ordered 2 bags of dog food online and was sent cat food. It took 4 days before I was sent a replacement product, which was again not the product I ordered (for toy-small dogs instead of medium-large). When I reported this, I was led to believe that it was the right product but new packaging. Clearly not true as I also verified on the brand's product catalogue on the brand's website. It's been another 2 days and I am still waiting for just even a proper response. Since my dog has to eat, I ordered the same product elsewhere which arrived properly after 1 day. Mistakes can happen, but I am very disappointed with the level of customer care and handling of the mistake.
