Pet Cloud helped us find a suitable sitter to do in-house visits for our cat in Melbourne. First sitter stopped responding after being booked, but we managed to find another with 24hrs notice. That Sitter was great and will use again. Pet Cloud website is ok and is not good for part day services, but they did promptly commence action to refund request for first failed booking.

Tracy, her family & gorgeous Kelpie Tilly were wonderful! She was so loving and caring to Dude & Archie and they are super cuddly needy dogs so we were so happy for all the love!! Their home is perfectly setup for the dogs to run around and play in the backyard as well as chill in the home with the family. They made them feel right at home and we are very grateful! One of many cute photos and videos she sent us too.

Our second time leaving our dog with a sitter via Petcloud, whilst on holiday. It's been a great experience, both as owners for peace of mind that he's with someone caring and also because our dog gets plenty of opportunities to run around open spaces on the property of someone pre-vetted that I communicated with via the Petcloud website.

I am a disabled pet owner, I placed an advertisement for someone to look after my cat and messaged, met, agreed to have a nice young woman come to my apartment while I am away; to look after Satan's mistress. After the commitment was made and the fees paid to PetClowns, I was having some difficulty with the website, and was receiving multiple texts and emails daily advising of new sitters wanting the job, which was already completed??? So naturally I asked (at 10:30 am) for a call back at midday (which you book via the website) and NO call back. Then I called their mobile number via the website, and spoke to a very nice Ai who assured me that she had put in an urgent request for a call back (from a human hopefully) and the wait continues. Its comforting to know that these pelicans are making money while providing little support options, and not calling you back when you've booked a call back. Not good enough so far...
