Good location. Store has organized, clean shelves. Customer service was AWESOME! Gentleman took the time to help my mother and myself choose which flavor of Carna4 dry dog food to purchase and treats for my cat. Meeting all the dog customers and their parents was joyful also.

I love how this store has all high quality products and while it is small (but cozy), it has everything I honestly need for my cat and dog. As a new customer, I found their products to be fairly priced and I do enjoy the loyalty rewards since it helps me save money and discover smaller brands. The first time I placed an order on their website, I was informed the next day that part of my order wasn't arriving until a few days later - it was inconvenient but they were prompt to issue me a refund and helpful enough to recommend an alternative food for my puppy to try. Will definitely return!

The ownership and staff at Felix and Oscar create an unforgettable experience every single visit. It's very likely your dog will be pampered and you will be extended every courtesy you can imagine. I've seen them give generously their time, care, attention and even products to the pets they love. I've witnessed several first hand accounts of the bonding that takes place between the owner and the pets, and it's truly because of how much they care, and how they genuinely and passionately care for the dogs and cats they serve and get to know. Some items may be a dollar or two more expensive then other shops (they may do price match, I never asked) but give it a chance and come for the experiences first and the products and yummy treats second. This place, because of the people there, is truly special.
