TL;DR: Shoutout to Shawn Da for being amazing! She actually took the time to call around to different pharmacies to figure out what happened with my prescription and then called me back to explain it all. Super kind, patient, and just genuinely helpful. This is what good customer service looks like! 🙌

I’d like to take a moment to appreciate the wonderful service from Melissa. She was attentive, patient, and very accommodating to my concerns. Her helpful suggestions made it easy to choose the right perfume for my needs, and I truly valued her professionalism and care.

The staff are always friendly, the pharmacists are absolutely the best humans ever. I had one recognize and catch before filling a script that the prescription nearly doubled in dosage which with pre-existing health issues I have could have really hurt me. They immediately faxed my doctor to remedy this and provided me with my old dosage in the meanwhile. Additionally while in-between doctors they offered me a service to fill my scripts partially to help me while I search for a new doctor. Only downside is the undercover security / secret shoppers who follow you around as if you’re shoplifting. They’re pretty eerie and aggressive in their behaviours. I was waiting for a script to be filled and was told it would be 10 minutes so I was walking around shopping for things I had no intention of buying and then was being followed the whole time. So besides that - the staff is lovely.
