This is my first experience visiting a Canadian pharmacy after Europe. What can I say? I am pleasantly surprised, highly qualified staff, kind and helpful, I would especially like to thank Jason! Explained everything and was very kind!

Love this pharmacy! Jason was amazing when my 90 year old mom tested positive with covid and he was able to provide great counseling on what over the counter meds work work the best to help with her symptoms. Additionally, I recently had to have a medication change due to side effects and Jason went over and above to ensure I got the change required plus he followed up with me that I was no longer suffering with the side effect. Great job and 5 star service from all staff!

Knowledgeable staff willing to spend the extra time explaining things and answering questions. 5/5 for pharmacy.

Just MeJust Me

So I woke up with a rash, that I suspected could be shingles, a quick google image searched made me think it quite possible. I did not want to go to the hospital (they have more urgent cases to tend to), and getting into a family DR can take time, so I checked the website and was glad that the pharmacist is able to diagnose (and treat) this. I walked in and got to see the pharmacist almost immediately. He took one look and said "that is not shingles, if it was, you would not be able to stand even wearing a sweatshirt. He led me to an aisle, told me to use this cream three times a day (a simple hydrocortizone), and if it does not improve in 5-7 go see your family DR. 4 days later, it is no better, my oncologist (during a phone consult) gets concerned and wants to stop my chemo drug until it gets checked out. I called my family DR and he got me in within 2 hours. He takes a glance at it and IMMEDIATELY knows it to be shingles. Since it is now more than 3 days, they cannot treat the disease, only give meds to manage the pain. All because a pharmacist misdiagnosed me. I am now at a week since this began, excruciating pain from head to knee. I suggest not using this pharmacy for any diagnosis. If they can miss this (which I as a layman recognized), I have zero faith in them.

Pharmasave Steeves is a pharmacy.
