Basically when you phone you want a fast and reliable service, not someone spending 10 mins selling you a warranty that you will end up not needing. I was stupid and went for it - regretted it as my fridge could not be repaired. I thought my new 'warranty' I had paid into would cover a replacement. No, they just give you a £40 voucher. DO NOT be sucked into this scam. Please go elsewhere.

Looking to fix my dishwasher I found this company online and proceeded to get a quote. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could book a next day slot so I paid to reserve it. This was a trick, after paying I received a call back saying the earliest booking was a week later. When the engineer came he recommended I replace a part as I expected. He left and I had to wait for a call to be given a price for the part and to rebook for the part to be replaced. The call came and I was asked to pay for a non refundable part that is out of stock with no guarantee of when it will arrive. This feels like another trick. The part is readily available online at 2/3 the price. Another trick is that they claim to have offices everywhere so the Google reviews are spread thinly across them. Look to other offices around the country and you will find more poor reviews. Perhaps this is the base of the local engineer or call desk. I can say they were both polite and so I have given the second star for them.
