We visited to have the Korean BBQ and it was highly enjoyable. The restaurant is tucked away in the shopping centre and there is plenty of parking outside. The restaurant was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. They explained how to use the BBQ and were attentive throughout. There was a great selection of food and it tasted great. The meats were very tender and the rice was good, especially the egg fried rice. Worth a visit.

Great service and the food was prepared fresh and tasty. We had the avocado salad, chicken katsu, kimchi and grilled chicken, coupled with some sides. All dishes were faultless and had great flavours. It was a quiet evening but this was fine as it allowed us friends to catch up.

Took the family here for my daughter's 14th birthday. She's really into Japanese food and wanted her to experience some 'authentic' food with a lovely Japanese setting. Unfortunately this is not what we got here.... Although quite pretty inside, it's in a terrible location in a dreary building which straight away made us feel uncomfortable and wonder if we were in the right place. Would have been nice to have had some Japanese music in the background whilst dining to create a lovely atmosphere but it was some kind of modern thumping, do your head in kinda of music which the older in-laws did not appreciate. Also didn't appreciate my view of the staff lockers from our table, (shown in one of the pictures). The food: most of it pretty good, very nice sushi, my daughter's beef noodles were gorgeous. Good vegetarian selection. Great portion sizes. However my seafood noodle soup was pretty bland (even though I ordered it spicy). The mussels were shrivelled up little bullets and squid and octopus like rubber. My husband's dish was pretty boring, all bone hardly any meat. Bowl of plain boiled rice which was screaming for some sauce with the dish. Staff were terrible. Hard to get their attention for water for the table. No one asked if we would like more drinks. They didn't clear the starters before bringing the mains to the table so we ended up with plates and bowls at the end of the table and my daughters main came late after ours so food was going cold. We will look forward to trying Korean/Japanese food again but it will not be from here.

Amazing service, amazing food and amazing surroundings. We went yesterday for my younger sisters birthday meal! And we all enjoyed the food that was served to us. I went for a chicken Katsu curry and a main with chicken gyozas as a appetiser! I had the chocolate flake for pudding. It was awesome food and we all enjoyed it with a passion, the waiters and waitresses were well on it, promptly came to us and whenever I asked for things for the table, it was instantly we got what we asked for. I love the blossoms all round the restaurant! They are awesome and I have seen what the restaurant was like when walking past it prior to going for a meal for the past few weeks!! It is absolutely stunning, and there is even got a karaoke bar! I enjoyed my meal with akasaaka and so did my family 🖤 you guys couldn't of done any better! 🤍
