Exceptional customer service and very knowledgeable team. My iPhone was dropped and run over by multiple vehicles.. I thought my phone was beyond repair and would need full replacement but they fixed it like brand new! So pleased!! Well worth the wait!

Update September 30 2025 Fortunately, for me, I gathered evidence and I have the owner on recording or the Manager whoever he was admitting that they should’ve never worked on my computer. That’s exactly what he said. It’s on recording and he said that I should’ve been advised that this computer was not repairable with a new hard drive so that excuse they’re using about adding more rams and things of that nature was futile. I have it all on recording. So in essence, they committed fraud by putting a $28 hard drive in my computer and charge me $190 to repair it when they knew that it was non-repairable. Beware of these individuals I’m considering filing a police report. I spoke with management. He admitted that they should’ve never worked on my computer. He had the nerve to ask me to bring my computer back so they could take out the $28 hard drive that they put in my computer that messed up my computer even worse and they would refund me. However, my original hard drive was thrown away because they told me it was no good. It was junk. These people need to be shutdown. They are fraudulent and they are very untrustworthy. Terrible. Charged me $190.00 for computer repair only to return the computer 2 days later. They allege they put a NEW hard Drive in my computer. However, my computer still runs slow. I also noticed a LINE in the computer screen when on. They allege that the reason my computer is running slow is because I need to buy more RAM. Why would I spend more money when I just paid $190.00. They also allege that the line was not there when it was in their shop and had to happen when I got home. Terrible.

Second time utilizing this service and this is a review not based on repairs but rather expertise and customer service from Luke. Thank you so much for helping me even though I walked in late. Excellent customer service. Kind and very knowledgeable. never felt rushed or confused.
