My phone was under warranty, and had two lines of dead pixels. Google said I could take it to this place for repair. The phone has no physical damage, but was denied for "existing damage" as there was a scuff on the side of the phone from the case (see photo, circled in blue). A manager was called and also confirmed that it was a superficial scuff from a case, but that this also meant that they wouldn't repair it under warranty. They pitched that instead of returning the phone to Google for repair and waiting a week for it to return, I could pay them directly for them to repair it same day. Of course since it was under warranty, I returned to Google, who replaced it at no charge, no problem. Shame on this place for trying to charge for same day convenience when it was covered under warranty.

The iPhone was repaired to perfection. But what makes me so happy about this experience is my interaction and service from Valarie. She was very clear and concise In detailing how she would be fixing the phone as well as went above and beyond in answering any questions I had making sure I understood. What a valuable member of your company.

Elise was great, got my phone fixed fast, was really patient when issues with parental control kept her from doing her job. Was nice and professional at all times. Definitely the best costumer service I've gotten!
