After a total knee replacement, I was assigned to Jake in the Northeast office, and he is awesome! He has a great strategic mix of encouraging, teaching, and pushing when need be. 5 Stars – Outstanding Physical Therapy Experience! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Physical Therapy by Phoenix. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities and equipment. A special shout out goes to Matt, my primary therapist, who was absolutely phenomenal. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping his patients reach their goals. He took the time to understand my needs and tailored each session to ensure I was progressing safely and effectively. The encouragement from not only Matt but the entire team was instrumental in my healing. They understand bad days, discouragement, and tough emotions. When I started at Physical Therapy By Phoenix, I was having a lot of pain and sleeping very little. What started as a sciatica nerve issue progressed to a muscular issue. It hurt to sit, stand, walk, or lie down. I was fortunate to be assigned to Rachel Schoonover as my physical therapist. Rachel was very good at listening to the issues I was dealing with and providing exercises to help with pain relief. Once the pain started subsiding, Rachel added exercises that would help to strengthen other areas of my body to help with endurance and continued healing. I am so grateful for her assistance in regaining physical movement without the pain I was experiencing. Rachel is so pleasant to work with and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend Rachel and Phoenix for anyone who has need of physical therapy. Thank you!

My experiences at Phoenix have been great. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Matt Reeves is a wonderful therapist. He has helped me repair my body after an auto accident.
