HI saw Amel yesterday for an initial consult after hand surgery. Amel was kind, gentle, polite, and thorough in her assessment. Her treatments were excellent using the latest technology. She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions very competently and completely. Amel followed up as she promised emailing me at home exercises complete with images and prescription in terms of number of repetitions and number of times each exercise is to be completed. She was complete in her explanation and clearly stated when to add strengthening exercises in addition to ROM and flexibility exercises. She even followed up via email asking me how I felt after the initial treatment. Now I know why my hand surgeon, Dr. Chad Wu, recommended her. She is excellent!

Great physio place! Most importantly, I am well-cared for and saw improvement quickly. But also staff are friendly and they provide a quiet, polite and calm atmosphere even when busy. Easy to make appointments. Direct billing for insurance available making less paperwork for me too. Highly recommend!
