The historic building is not wheelchair or stroller accessible (not the clinic's fault though but good to know). It was an absolute nightmare getting the stroller in and out. This restriction wasn't mentioned in any communications with me prior to my first appointment. Dr. Cohen was impatient and condescending when answering my questions. I understand to an experienced dentist it might be mundane but to a first time Mom it was important. I felt like apologizing for causing her the inconvenience in answering my questions. Just for a new infant exam it cost $175 with CDCP coverage of $37 only (some other dentists offer a FREE first visit for babies under 18m). She even suggested to do a cleaning for mt 13m old (barely eruoted 5 teeth that were perfectly fine and clean) - of course that would cost more! The front desk staff were super sweet, courteous and responsive. They are the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. I switched dentists after my first visit next door to Dentistry 4 Kids and have no regrets!

Avoid this dental office. After 7 years of orthodontic treatment, I went for my upper retainer, which was part of my original braces package. The receptionist had confirmed no extra charges would apply, but when I arrived, I was asked to pay $300 plus an exam fee. When I mentioned the prior confirmation, the doctor dismissed me, saying I had no proof. The doctor is rude, unempathetic, and clearly more focused on money than patients. Traveling three hours and taking time off work for this was extremely frustrating. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I took my 16 month old daughter in for her first dental checkup today and my husband and I were so impressed by the friendly staff and beautiful decor in the office. Dr. Rachale Cohen and assistant Carley both did an incredible job making my daughters visit a pleasant and comfortable experience with no tears! Looking forward to continuing treatment here in the years to come!
